Thinking about a new bathroom but not sure how the process works? Here's what happens on a JTM bathroom renovation, from the first phone call to handover.

1. Free on-site consultation

Once you get in touch, John contacts you directly to book a time that suits. He looks at the bathroom with you and talks through what you'd like done.

2. Fixed price quote and contract

You receive a clear, fixed price contract that includes all trades and your fixture list, so you know the cost before work starts.

3. Fixtures on site

For most jobs, you choose and supply your own fixtures from our list, and we ask for them to be on site when work begins. If you'd rather not shop around, ask about our full bathroom package.

4. The renovation

A standard bathroom typically takes around 3 weeks from contract signing. Larger or more complex bathrooms can take longer, and we'll give you a clear idea at the consultation. JTM manages every trade, including the plumber, electrician and waterproofer, and you'll hear from us every day while work is underway.

5. Handover

Your new bathroom is backed by our 7-year warranty on all structural and waterproofing work. JTM is a fully QBCC-licensed builder (Lic No. 1316851) and fully insured.
