Supplying your own bathroom fixtures: how it works

For most JTM bathroom renovations, you choose and buy your own fixtures and we take care of everything else. Here's how that works, and why it suits most homeowners.

What "owner supply" means

Before work starts, we give you a list of exactly which fixtures your new bathroom needs, such as taps and tiles. You choose and buy them, and we ask for everything to be on site when work begins.

Why we do it this way

It keeps you in control of the look and the budget. You pick the finishes you want, at a price you're comfortable with. If you change your mind or decide on a higher-end fitting than quoted, it's simple to swap, with far less paperwork.

What we look after

Everything else. JTM manages the whole project, including the plumber, electrician and waterproofer, and their work is included in your fixed price contract. You deal direct with John, the builder, from the first visit to the finished room.

Our step-by-step guide

Before work starts, every client receives our step-by-step guide. It covers health and safety, protecting your home from damage, and what to expect along the way.

Prefer not to shop around?

We also offer a full bathroom package with all fixtures and trades included under the one contract. It's popular with landlords renovating rental properties who don't want to source fixtures themselves.

Next step

Book a free on-site consultation and John will look at your bathroom with you and talk through the options. Book a free consultation or call 0418 871 606.
